A Family-Owned Law Firm with Deep Roots
A lifelong resident of Hancock County, Franklin is your resident expert when it comes to Hancock County real estate. If it’s experience you want, consider that Franklin has been practicing law for more than fifty years (University of Georgia, 1965). A family man who will treat each client with warmth and respect, Franklin is married to Mary Ann (Garner) and they have three sons: John, Paul, and Andrew. He works from the Hancock County office and handles most title examinations.
For over fifteen years, Paul (University of Georgia, 2005) has been serving the Hancock and Baldwin County communities with warmth and attentiveness. Paul is married to Milledgeville native Courtney (Stillwell), and they have two children, Hayleigh and Winn. In addition to closing real estate transactions, Paul handles most of the firm's family law matters and also specializes in drafting National Firearms Act (NFA) Trusts. Paul was elected in 2023 as Baldwin County State Judge.
For over twenty years and counting, John (University of Georgia, 2000) has been serving the Hancock and Baldwin County communities, currently serving as Solicitor for Hancock County Traffic Court and Attorney for the City of Sparta. John is married to Milledgeville native Carrie (Waters), and has three children: Caitlin, Evan, and Bella, and a step-daughter, Sophie. In addition to closing real estate transactions, John handles most of the firm’s small business law matters.
A Milledgeville native, Carrie works as the firm’s resident paralegal and administrator. A graduate of John Milledge Academy, Carrie is committed to providing attentive and knowledgeable service to Baldwin and Hancock Counties.
